Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment on the CVTIP 2009-2012 and Public Meeting to be held October 22
The Central Virginia Metropolitan Planning Organization (CVMPO) is accepting comments regarding the addition of the Greenview Drive (UPC #87145) project to the Central Virginia Transportation Improvement Program FY 2009 – 2012 (CVTIP FY2009-2012). A 30-day comment period will begin on Monday, September 22, 2008 and end on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 4:00 p.m.
A public meeting on these matters will take place Wednesday, October 22, 2008 from 4 - 5 p.m. in the Region 2000 Local Government Council meeting room on the 12th floor of the Bank of the James Building, 828 Main Street, Lynchburg, VA. A copy of the CVTIP FY2009-2012 (2.41 MB pdf) and the Greenview Drive project (108 KB pdf) listing are available for review through the links above or at the Region 2000 Local Government Council offices.
Anyone wishing to have their views heard on these matters is urged to attend this public meeting.
