The Young Professionals of Central Virginia seeks an executive director to lead a growing organization that focuses on attracting and retaining young professionals to Virginia's Region 2000 workforce. The executive director must have the ability to build strong relationships with local businesses and organizations. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are necessary. Must be creative, highly motivated and self-directed with a demonstrated record of success. Bachelor's degree required, plus experience in related field.
