Citizens invited to comment on Regional Bike Plan

Local citizens are invited to review
and comment on the DRAFT Region 2000 Bicycle Plan, a long-term planning
document to develop on-road bicycle accommodations within the greater Region
2000 area. The plan was developed through a public input process that included
local government officials, staff, citizens, and cycling enthusiasts. It
provides an overview of bicycle accommodation types, summarizes current
conditions and details a vision connection plan and implementation strategy.
The Draft Region 2000 Bicycle Plan and maps can be reviewed here. Please email
or mail any comments about the Plan by Friday, September 24, 2010 to Kelly
