The CAER is the place to come for professional development opportunities for scientists and engineers in Virginia's Region 2000. We promote:
- graduate engineering programs through the Commonwealth Graduate Engineering Program (CGEP)
- undergraduate engineering in partnership with UVA and CVCC
- partnerships with universities and federal laboratories
- technical conferences, seminars, workshops and networking events
- building a pipeline of engineering and science students
