Free seminar on Funding Technology Development to be held Sept. 30

The Center for Innovative Technology (CIT), in partnership with the Region 2000 Small Business Development Center, Tech Council, and CAER, will host a free seminar entitled Funding Your Technology Development: An Intro to SBIR grants and venture capital on Thursday, Sept. 30, 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Business Development Center, 147 Mill Ridge Rd., Lynchburg.

The event is geared for technology start-ups and early stage tech firms. The Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) is a state funded non-profit in Virginia with a mission to help support the funding needs of early stage technology entrepreneurs. The event is free, but advance online registration is requested due to space constraints.
