Mosley Joins Virginia's Region 2000 as Communications Officer/Program Manager

Catherine Mosley has joined Virginia’s Region 2000 Partnership as its Communications Officer/Program Manager. She is responsible for managing communications and marketing for the Partnership, including media relations, news and publications, and public relations activities. She is also responsible for investor relations and supporting on-going and new regional economic development programs.
“Catherine brings a wealth of communications experience from her years in industry, non-profit and journalism,” said Bryan David, Executive Director of Virginia’s Region 2000 Economic Development Council. “We look forward to having her help us tell the story of our great region.”
With over 20 years experience in marketing, communications and public relations, Mosley came to Region 2000 from AREVA where she served as an External Communications & PR Specialist. As a writer, she has been published in various publications including the News & Advance, Lynchburg Living, The Roanoke Times, Valley Business FRONT and The Roanoker magazine. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University and serves on the Lynchburg City Schools Special Education Advisory Committee and the Lynchburg City Schools Partners in Education Board.
