Next Household Hazardous Waste collection day is April 9

The Region 2000 Services Authority will hold its next Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and Electronics Recycling Day on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the Concord Turnpike Regional Landfill from 8 a.m. to Noon. All Lynchburg City, Amherst, Appomattox, Campbell (including the Towns of Altavista & Brookneal) and Nelson County residents may participate.
For "speedier" service, please fill out the Household/E-waste verification form in advance here and bring it to the collection site.
These events are held four times a year. Future HHW days will be held June 11, August 13 and October 8, 2011.
