A Science and Engineering Pipeline
The CAER seeks to bring together partners from a diverse group to develop and implement an educational continuum, or “pipeline”, for science and engineering students from K-12 through undergraduate and graduate educational options in Virginia’s Region 2000. Partners include universities, community colleges, industry and economic development organizations to help identify effective strategies for attracting, developing and retaining a larger and more diverse student body in the field of engineering and science.
