Rural Long Range Transportation Plan public information meetings set

Residents of Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford and Campbell counties are invited to comment on growth areas, accident locations, unsafe intersections, roadway congestion and other transportation needs during public information meetings that are being held in each locality. Maps illustrating the previously identified growth and problem areas will be on display at these meetings.  

This information is being gathered for the Rural Long Range Transportation Plan effort and will also be used for the State Highway Plan update and the STARS program update. The meeting schedule is as follows:
