Tech Council presents cash award to Dunbar
The Region 2000 Technology Council recently presented a
check for $500 to The Paul L. Dunbar School for Innovation in Lynchburg in
recognition for having the highest amount of participation at the Future Focus
Career EXPO held in October. The school won the cash award for having the most
students in attendance at the Tech Council's event that drew hundreds of middle
and high school students to learn about local careers. There were more than 100
Dunbar students who participated.
