Technology Transfer
Innovation is nothing without application. Through the CAER, mechanisms are put into place that move innovation to the marketplace and capitalize on "technology generators". The CAER establishes partnerships with these "technology generators" such as universities and federal laboratories and works to connect them to local industry. Supporting services such as marketing, business planning and legal consulting are also provided.
