Workshops available for unemployed workers

The Region 2000 Career Center is offering computer literacy training and resume writing workshops throughout the summer to benefit those who have been laid off or are unemployed.

Federal funds are available for these workshops for eligible participants, on a first come, first served basis.

The workshops are held in the Region 2000 Career Center building, located in the lower level of the Plaza, 2323 Memorial Ave., Lynchburg.
